Continually design and develop new features for the HotJobs Jobseeker and Employer site and application. Part of a 6 person User Experience team including interaction design and research.

Role

Principle designer for the HotJobsJobseeker and Employer product. Developed design strategy and managed junior designers in implemenation.

Notes

Worked as a key member on the HotJobs UED team for 2.5 years, focusing on major features like Job Post, Job Search and redesigning the Employer Job Management Application.
